- One salmon filet, thicker the better
- Ginger teriyaki sauce, whether store bought or homemade
- Pie tin or other baking sheet
- Large plastic ziplock bag
- Tin foil
- Marinate the salmon filet in teriyaki sauce in plastic ziplock bag for 30 minutes or more, flipping once
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Line pie tin or baking sheet with sufficient tin foil to place salmon and then wrap edges up and around the filet
- Place in oven for 15-25 minutes, depending on thickness of filet. Check if in doubt of doneness.
- Serve with rice and vegetables
