  1. Melt butter in skillet. Cook onion, celery, and parsley.
  2. Spoon veggies over bread cubes in large bowl; add seasoning.
  3. Pour enough broth to moisten; mix in eggs.
  4. Either cook in slow cooker (high 45 mins, then low 4 to 8 hrs) or in 9x13 at 350F 45 mins to an hour.
