- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped / pureed walnuts and pecans
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts and pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix ingredients
- Chill for at least an hour or so
- Roll into 1.5 inch balls, preheat to 350 degrees
- Cook 12-15 min until just starting to be golden, let cool
- Once cool, roll in powdered sugar a few times
- Store with extra powdered sugar, can place between paper towels or wax/parchment paper
- Makes about 54 cookies
