- Whole wheat bread
- Turkey breast
- Mayonnaise
- Avocado, sliced
- Lettuce and tomato (optional)
- Place copious amounts of mayonnaise on one slice of whole wheat bread
- Layer a few pieces of turkey breast onto the mayonnaise side
- On top, place sliced avocado to form a whole layer
- Add lettuce and tomato if desired
