- 2 sliced chicken/duck breasts or 1 lb flank/skirt steak
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 oz. wide rice noodles (if dry, soak 10 mins in hot water)
- 1 small head broccoli
- 1 egg
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T oyster sauce
- 2 T sesame oil
- Thai chili sauce
- Add oil to wok, heat on high. Add meat and cook 2 minutes.
- Par-boil/shock broccoli. Add noodles, broccoli, and soy/oyster sauce. Toss to coat.
- Add egg, cook 1 minute, remove to plate. Serve with chili sauce.
