- 1 bottle Red Wine, any variety will work, really
- 1/2 cup Brandy
- Assorted mulling spices - cinnamon, cloves, ginger
- 2-3 sticks cinnamon
- 2-3 tangerines, sliced
- 5 whole cloves
- 1/2 - 1 cup sugar, to taste
- Stir in pot on oven, on medium-low heat - never bring to boil, takes about 20 minutes, then serve in hot mugs!
