Lamb Chops

  1. Mix thyme, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper, add to chops
  2. Heat oil, add chops, cook 3.5 minutes per side, then remove
  3. Add onion, brown. Stir in vinegar and scrape
  4. Stir in broth, 5 minutes to reduce by 1/2
  5. Remove, stir in butter
