- 3/4 t rosemary
- 1/4 t basil
- 1/2 t thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 T oil
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup broth
- 1 T butter
- Mix thyme, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper, add to chops
- Heat oil, add chops, cook 3.5 minutes per side, then remove
- Add onion, brown. Stir in vinegar and scrape
- Stir in broth, 5 minutes to reduce by 1/2
- Remove, stir in butter
