- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1/4 t cayenne
- 1/4 t salt
- 10 chicken wings/drumsticks
- Oil for deep frying
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c hot sauce (Frank's)
- dash pepper, garlic powder
- Mix first 3 ingredients. Coat chicken, place in covered bowl, and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Heat oil to 375F. Melt butter in microwave and mix in hot sauce, pepper, garlic powder.
- Fry wings in oil 10 mins, place in large bowl, add hot sauce mix and toss to coat.
- Serve with celery and bleu cheese/ranch.
