- 1.5 lb flank steak
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1.5 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T mustard
- Mix all ingredients; marinate at least 6 hours. Grill 5 mins per side or broil 8 mins per side. Cut thinly against the grain.
