- Mexican 4-cheese blend
- Mild salsa
- Spanish, taco, or Mexican rice
- (optional) sweet corn
- Avocado
- Mixture of mayonnaise and lime juice
- Burrito tortillas
- Bake or broil fish with a bit of oil and salt, 400F 15 mins
- Make burritos, wrap in foil, and bake at 250 for 25 mins
