Rachaels Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup (or two sticks) butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 and 3/8 cups bread flour (5 quarter cups, mix in, then 4 and 1/2 quarter cups)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 2 cups or 4 large handfuls semisweet chocolate chips
- Cream ingredients together, butter+salt first, then liquids and small quantities, last flour bit by bit
- Chill for 1-2 hours
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Spoon out 1-2inch spheres onto parchment paper
- Bake for 11 minutes, or until just starting to appear golden - take out and let cool even if look a little underdone
