- 1/2 lb bacon
- 2 onions
- 4 carrots
- 2 bay leaves
- 28oz tomatoes
- 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3 lb seasoned chicken chunks
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 T cumin
- 2 T Paprika
- 2 T flour
- Pierogies (optional)
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1 T cumin
- 1/2 t oregano
- 2 cups broth
- Brown bacon, add veggies, spices - 4-5 minutes, create roux with butter and flour
- Add broth, deglaze, tomatoes 20-30 minutes, add chicken chunks
