- One head cauliflower
- salt
- 4 T butter
- 3 T flour
- 2 c milk
- pepper, nutmeg
- 3/4 c gruyere
- 1/2 c parmesan
- 1/4 c breadcrumbs
- Preheat to 375F
- Boil cauliflower 5-6 mins, drain
- Make Mornay sauce
- Pour over cauliflower in 8x11, top with additional cheese and breadcrumbs
- Bake 25-30 mins
