- 12 squid, cut into rings (best to get a box of frozen whole squid and clean them)
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- Oil for deep frying
- Defrost squid, clean, cut into rings (one Sea Queen? box makes two batches)
- Heat oil in deep fryer to 375F
- Put a handfull of squid at a time in the milk, then into the flour/salt/pepper.
- Fry for 7 mins
- Drain on paper towles in bowl; shake salt and squeeze lemon over. Serve with cocktail sauce (mix of ketchup,
Worcestershire, lemon juice, and salt).
